 please review the new diff attached (21334-2.diff​) - i added show quick
 links/hide quick links with the screen reader hints as you suggested...
 and some tabindex statements. i still can't tab in correctly in firefox,
 but chrome works great from the keyboard, no sure why firefox seems to
 skip these fields entirely.

 certainly works better than before the patch and it maintains the
 hidden/hover on mouse over.  let me know what you think.
