 I have uploaded a small video file in multiple formats. mp4 should
 encouraged for the `src` attribute, but it turns out MediaElement works so
 well at being compatible, fallbacks almost aren't necessary. To get the
 most native HTML5 playback, yes, you need fallbacks, but you can now put a
 `.wmv` file as a src and it will play in Chrome.

 Will work on audio next
