 Given that this can build off the heartbeat API, it can realistically work
 anywhere. If it is not too much, I would architect this in such a way that
 it is standalone so it can be used on more than just post.php and post-
 new.php, even if only those pages will use it for the time being. If 3.6
 only supports post.php and post-new.php, that's certainly hitting our
 goal, though.
