Comment:

 Plugin authors (and eventually theme authors) can add sticky posts to the
 top of their support forum listings with whatever they like, including
 links to their own support sites if desired. For now, this will have to
 do.

 Additionally, WordPress.org is free, and the things offered there are
 free. We don't really want to promote paid support services at this time.
