 They doesn't need to know. It should be unchecked by default. Then
 WordPress may add `http://`,  or issue a warning, for those who doesn't
 know what they are doing.

 The checkbox will only be there for those who know they want to add a
 relative URL, without the need for a protocol prefix. It may also add the
 phrase "Leave unchecked if you don't know what this means".  With the box
 checked the add ink feature will work as before.
