 > `getQueuedItem()` can directly return `queue[ handle ]`, i.e. undefined
 if handle is not in queue.

 It should still check `isQueued()` first to avoid cases like
 `wp.heartbeat.isQueued('constructor')`.  For example:

   return this.isQueued(item) ? queue[item] : undefined;
 }
 }}}
