Comment:

 Seems like we don't need a tag either way — if searching for it is
 desired, then we can simply search on whether the theme has a parent theme
 specified. "Template:" is right next to "Tags:", no need to duplicate the
 data.

 I agree, and that's why we install parent themes automatically.
