 Ok, steps to reproduce...

 1. Run WordPress 3.5
 2. Create a page
 3. Fill out custom meta on said page
 4. Save
 5. Upgrade to WP 3.6
 6. View Page on front end and verify data is still there
 7. Edit page
 8. Observe custom meta field is now blank without any intervention,
 saving, preview - nothing
 9. View page and verify data has now been deleted
 10. Start to cry ;)
