 That actually occurred to me yesterday. I think that could be really nice.
 I guess it might make sense to undo the big CSS merge in a way, although
 still have the separate files all compiled/minified into one file like it
 is now so we don't have the duplication problem.

 Beyond making the files LESS/SCSS, what does the patching process look
 like for somebody? Like from figuring out where the problem CSS is to
 fixing it to making a patch and submitting it.
