Comment:

 Shouldn't we also remove 'admin' in the second ternary, allowing the error
 to get tossed when `$user_name` is empty? [attachment:24078.diff]

 Replying to [comment:36 nacin]:

 when there was an error. "ERROR: you must provide a valid username." is
 okay, but certainly not ideal. Needs better poka-yoke! New ticket, anyone?

 I cringed at install.php for a while last night. I'll make a ticket.
