 Ok, looking closer, [22042] changed the rule from {{{^[_0-9a-
 zA-Z-]+/(wp-(content|admin|includes).*)}}} to {{{^([_0-9a-
 zA-Z-]+/)?(wp-(content|admin|includes).*)}}}, so the change from R:1 to
 R:2 seems correct here.
