 Sure. Will also need feedback on whether some of the "moving parts" need
 adjustment: is 15 sec. too much to handle for most servers, can we remove
 the skipping so we have more consistent way to push from the server, etc.

 It would be great to have #21170 in core and use applyFilters() instead of
 jQuery. Also switch over remote autosave to heatrbeat (after
 refreshing/refactoring).
