 Notepad++ might be a better suggestion for Windows. It handles Unix line
 breaks properly and saves PHP files without
 [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byte_order_mark UTF-8 byte order mark (BOM)]
 by default, which is crucial for international users.
