 Ideally it would be best if works/broken was entirely integrated into
 reviews. Currently if you say a plugin is broken, it will take you to the
 plugin's forum to create a new thread so you can explain why it is broken
 — but it won't require you to fill it out. Broken should instead be tied
 into a review or a thread for it to be logged.
