 Some generic strings ("From:", "To:", "Previous", "Next") appear on the
 new Revisions UI. To keep these separate from other admin labels,
 translation context is needed.

 For example, "Next" can mean "Next Page" but it's better to be translated
 differently than "Next Revision".
