 Two patches added, one for each mode.

 iris-picker-10.diff - same UI as before, but I've now made it so that the
 rainbow hue strip on the right updates its lightness + saturation to match
 the current color. It can leave that area without color for a time, but
 this way there's no surprises - both controls are an accurate
 representation of the current color. That means I ditched the tooltip as
 well.

 iris-picker-11.diff - move the hue rainbow onto the horizontal axis of the
 square. I think the UX on this one turned out pretty awful, actually, but
 I'll let others make that call. It comes down to HSL vs HSV colorspaces -
 HSV would be better suited for this particular mode.

 My own recommendation would be to ship beta 1 with iris-picker-10.diff and
 see how the new, both-controls-are-canonical approach works out in user
 testing. I'll see about introducing an HSV mode.
