 Thanks, nice that we have same needs. One idea - what about wrapping whole
 header in simple filter - this way everyone here could do what he wants -
 before header, inside every part of header or after header, just by
 filtering the current output. And as added advantage, we could not only
 ADD something to the header, but also REMOVE it.
