 Right, that would affect only the custom shortcuts added in
 [http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/wp-
 includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wordpress/editor_plugin_src.js?rev=21416#L251
 the 'wordpress' plugin for TinyMCE], not the default editor or OS
 shortcuts.
