Comment:

 There's is no `wp-includes/js/tinymce/langs/en.js` file in core since 2.5
 (and even then, the directory name was `langs`, not `lang`). The file was
 removed in [6790] for #5807.

 Have you tried disabling all plugins and switching to the default theme
 (Twenty Eleven)?

 This might be a symptom of a hacked install. Please try the support forums
