 In 20614-6.patch:

 - Changed the JS events to 'click'. Some (newer) versions of Android work
 only with click too.
 - Added simple detection for Win phone 7-7.5 (IEMobile 7, 8, 9). Win phone
 8/IEMobile10 that comes out in a few days supports the touch API.
