 Lucky -13.diff adds a new version of Iris that works with multiple
 possible models, including an HSV mode.

 This patch:

 * uses an HSV model for wpColorPicker instances, with hue on the box's
 horizontal axis
 * addresses layout issues introduced by longer i18n button text
 * modifies the "Select Color" box's styles to match current .button
 styling
 * make the picker slightly larger to make maximum use of available
 Customizer space
