 The video is unlisted which should mean that only people who have the URL
 can see it. Let me know if you have issues and I'll make it public.

 There's no sound but hopefully you can see what happens when I follow the
 steps outlined above. You can see the top half of options within the
 Customizer disappear when I hit enter when focus is on navigation. This
 happens on both my Windows 7 machines.
