 Based on the summary above, we still need to review:
  * get_media_item_args
  * Upload UI actions

 I'm not convinced on the feasibility or wisdom of supporting
 get_media_item_args, and upload UI actions are there; they just might get
 touched up. So, restoring this ticket's priority to normal.
