Comment (by lessbloat):

Remaining tasks (that I know of), that I'd love help with:

 1) "Select a file" keydown event. I spent about an hour trying to fix
this over the weekend with no success. Using the enter key to trigger the
browser file upload dialog is usually baked in (including in other areas
of the admin where we use plupload). But for whatever reason, in this
 implementation it doesn't work.

 2) grahamarmfield suggested putting the focus of the cursor back on the
link that was clicked to enter the customizer. I'm honestly not quite
sure where to implement this, and it becomes slightly complex because the
customizer can be triggered from additional places (i.e. the welcome
screen), so we cannot hard code a focus on the "customize" link on the
 themes page on close.

 3) I have zero experience working with Dragon Naturally Speaking. Anyone
have suggestions for ways to resolve comment:58?
