 [attachment:22044.8-rtl.diff] Handles the IE7/8 submenu alignment
 problems, incorporating one declaration from 22044.7-rtl.diff.

 Still having issues with the submenu z-indexes in IE7. I tried the trick
 of setting the first level to `z-index: 99` and lower levels to `z-index:
 1`, but no dice. I'm stumped.
