 When using a variable width font the HTML tags are a bit harder to read.
 As the HTML editor has monospace font, added it here for consistency.

 The change of the field's label from "Caption" to "Default Caption" was
 meant to distinguish between captions that are saved in the attachment
 post's excerpt vs. captions that are added after the image has been
 inserted in a post (discussed with Jane).
