 This change will actually ''facilitate'' Themes, Plugins, and core playing
 nicely together. It will provide a standardized means for Themes to
 ''present'' site content, and for Plugins to ''extend'' core's default
 ''generation'' of content.

 +1 to the underlying intent of the ticket, though from a purely bikeshed
 perspective, I prefer ''metadescription'' to ''sitedescription'' (though,
 that may be more semantic than bikeshed, since on single posts and static
 pages, the meta description would presumably be specific to the ''page'',
 rather than to the ''site as a whole'').
