 Ah, sry, foresight.js runs at DOM ready so I assumed you were suggesting
 the same.

 In that case the "timeline" should be:
 - In the head: determine if 2x images should be loaded and cache that in a
 session cookie so we don't have to do it on each page load.
 - At DOM ready: start pre-loading 2x images.
 - As each 2x image loads, replace the original.
