 When using custom permalinks with the structure /%category%/post, I used
 to be able to point my browser at .com/catname to get the archive as well
 as /category/catname.

 That does not seem to work anymore with 3.4. Wordpress now simply redirecs
 the request to a random tag that fuzzy matches the uri.
