 I apologize for my miscommunication.

 I was requesting the following feature

 1.) Click on a group of posts

 2.) See the tags associated with that group of posts

 3.) Rename, add or remove tags from that group of posts

 From what I can see, this functionality is not available in current
 version of WordPress Core.

 So I was inquiring if there was any interest in adding this functionality
 to WordPress Core.
