New description:

 It seems that the filtering in the Blogroll should be persistent when
 editing. E.G.

 * Filter Blogroll by Category
 * Edit a link (pressing Save)
 * Returns to the Blogroll with no filter

 Suggested behavior - Returns to the Blogroll with the filter remaining
