 In this case it's ISO-8859-1 that's required. Adding `--charset
 ISO-8859-1` to the set of arguments passed to yui-compressor.jar fixes
 this in local testing, but there could be side effects on other files
 doing this for everything so it could be restricted to tinymce sources.
