 [19845] — Move the wp_enqueue_style() to header.php.

 I like the change to proper enqueueing of styles in a theme, but burying
 it in functions.php isn't very intuitive, or consistent with how JS is
 handled in header.php. Given how simple this theme is, let's keep it in
 header.php.
