 In 23042.patch​:

 - Converted the JS to use only elements that have css height set.
 - Updated to use jQuery .on() and .off() for events.

 @kymar could you test if this patch fixes your problems. To test, apply
 the patch and set SCRIPT_DEBUG (so the non-minified files are loaded).
