 When every plugin and possible workflow adds a button to the main
 workflow, you end up with a big mess. This is why there are separate flows
 for galleries and featured images. I doubt we will break down the walls
 between the flows since we'd arrive back at a previous design that wasn't
 working very well when we auditioned it during 3.5 development.
