#22963: Stay in Media Manager instead of closing after click action

Media Manager in 3.4 stayed open after clicking 'set featured image'.
Though a 'success' message didn't appear in the window, 'set featured
image' disappeared and one could see in the background of the window that
the featured image popped into view so it was evident that it had worked.
It was then a one-click action to 'add image to post' because the buttons
were conveniently next to each other. The window would then disappear.

Media Manager in 3.5 now has 'set featured image' and 'insert image' in
two different panels/views. To do both actions on one post, it requires
going into Media Manager twice because the Media Manager window closes
after clicking either 'set featured image' and 'insert image'.

An enhancement would be to let the user exit Media Manager on his/her own
when ready. A 'success' indicator next to 'set featured image' button
could be helpful. Just keep the window open. If a person then wanted to
exit to the post, they can just press escape or click off of the window &
it disappears instantly (both faster than waiting for Media Manager to
load up again after clicking 'Add Media').

 Other ideas:

-Have the window disappear if user has set both featured image and insert
 into post.

-Have a combo button where a user can both set as featured image and
insert into post and then have the window disappear.
