 Interesting. It looks like we dropped the UI for these options a long,
 long time ago, in [10009]. We just left support for them all this time. I
 don't really mind that we're now ignoring them. It is all user setting-
 based now, so it involves a combination of usermeta and cookies.

 Maybe we could re-introduce support for these in 3.5.1, but this doesn't
 sound like anything critical.
 We ignore the options once a user's setting is set.
