 Discussed briefly in [https://irclogs.wordpress.org/chanlog.php?channel
=wordpress-ui&day=2012-08-29&sort=asc#m54922 UI bug scrub today]. Testing
scenarios should probably also include changing the front end text to read
"Dashboard" for the top level item as well as only changing the link in
the admin. Reasoning behind changing the text on both sides is that once
it's not consistent anymore, it quickly becomes even more confusing what
it does without the action identifier.

This actually just happened to me: Scrolled way down on a P2, reading.
Wanted to go back home, so clicked on the site title item in the toolbar.
Got taken back to the dashboard and was momentarily a little confused as
to what I had done. I should know better - surely this happens to somebody
else who is not (supposed to be) a power user.
