 Nice work on this Matt!

 I updated the UI for the Twenty Eleven options page to test this out.  The
 only thing I noticed is that the color picker doesn't stand out too well
 on its own, especially when the background color of the screen matches the
 the selected color picker color:

 I personally like having the textbox with the hex color next to the drop
 down option (e.g. what it looks like in the drop down state)- but most
 users probably have no idea what that #hex means.  It's an extremely minor
 issue, but thought it might be worth mentioning...

 Would you like any help converting /wp-admin/custom-header.php or the
 theme customizer?  I'd need to clean up the Twenty Eleven diff a bit more,
 but I can attach that too.
