 MediaWiki is a dork, and Otto has yet to fix it. It has it's own
 templating and has to be edited directly.

 (Sidebar - Otto, I've been abusing my MediaWiki install and mimicking my
 WP theme in it for years, so if you need help, you know where I'm at ;) )
