 While we're rewriting the image functions and writing the ImageMagick API,
 it would be good to keep in mind making the functions testable ( https
 ://unit-tests.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/104 by [nbachiyski] ).

 We should also make sure that we have test coverage for functions that we
 aren't deprecating and will use the new API.
