 > Actually, you're right; a theme could signal that it uses wp_title()
 correctly with add_theme_supports()

 And at that point, it'd be easier to remove all markup from their purview.
 Then they need to do things in one location, rather than two. Simplifies
 everything and makes it difficult to screw up.
