 And was referenced here. On my completely bare test install with no
 plugins, using IE7, the pointers appear, however the close button is
 plaintext, and I have no way to make the pointers go away.

 I had thought IE7 was going the way of the dinosaur (I only use it at
 work, no choice) so I wasn't worried to much. Just wanted to bring it up
 in case it's an issue
