 Attaching a patch that does the following:

 * Moves user menu back to the far left
 * Moves W over to the far right, with Screen Options and Help also over to
 the right (reversed in code because they are floated right)
 * Makes selected menu items (Screen Options/Help) look like tabs with the
 flydowns
 * Darkens the blue hover color, as it was near impossible to see before

 No matter what the admin bar ends up looking like (blue!), these should be
 applicable.
