 Hi, I wanted to take a second to ask whether there is a possibility to
 restructure the way plugins decide where they sit on the menu bar.

 The bug is that the Settings Menu can become so large on some lower screen
 resolutions, that you can't access the items anymore.

 Suggestion for improvement:

 1.) there should be a AJAX drag and drop functionality for all custom
 plugins so that users can decide where to put them (similar to widget
 area). This could also mean that admins can create and regroup the entire
 menu structure.

 2.) If 1.) is not feasible, there should be a way to group plugins in
 menus if the list exceeds a certain quantity (e.g. more than 15 items in
 Settings Menu)
