 looks like `iframe` lost it's border:0 as it wasn't brought over from the
 reset in global.css, Spotting a few other `a > img` with borders elsewhere
 too (add_menu_page() items which don't specify a icon)

 As for where I'm getting the `iframe` from, i'm using the 'Debug Bar
 Console' plugin which uses a inline iframe.
