 If you're scheduling it for a future release rather than fixing it now,
 please note that there are three areas that assume the index as well that
 might be worth fixing at the same time.

  * wp-includes/capabilities.php line 724 (fixed in the attached patch)
  * wp-admin/admin-ajax.php lines 912 and 915
