 Question: can we have specific help tab content for the new screens in
 3.2? Credits is easy -- describe the functionality of creating a profile
 on wp.org/trac/codex/support forums. I put a draft up on #17384 but can
 move it here and put it in my omnibus patch.

 It's better for consistency to have specific help tabs for all screens,
 but Freedoms has a counterargument: the only functionality is "follow the
 links" and anything to be said maybe should be visible (and already is) in
 the screen itself. This is in line with the position that the Freedoms
 screen should be there even in all site admins in a multisite network.
