Comment:

 Sorry, the patch somehow got added twice.  They are the same.  I have
 tested this patch in FF 3.6, FF 4, IE 8, IE 9, Opera 10, Opera 11, Safari
 5, and Chrome 10.  Changing .attr to .prop allows the dropdown boxes to
 work correctly again.
