 I can't find anything wrong either, which is why I'm here on trac ;-)

 By trunk.zip, I mean literally http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/blip-
 slideshow.zip. This big red download button should be pointing to
 http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/blip-slideshow.1.2.4.zip.

 You say you can't find anything wrong so perhaps it is a browser issue,
